Cancellation policy

Cancellation within 48 Hours: Guests are entitled to a full refund if they decide to cancel their reservation within 48 hours of making the booking (providing the booking is no less than 14 days away) Cancellation after 48 Hours: For cancellations made after the initial 48-hour window, a 50% deposit will be retained by the property as a cancellation fee. Cancelations made 14 days before arrival will be charged in full. Any refunds processed within 28 days of arrival will incur third party processing fee deductions.  Changes or Amendments: Any requests for changes or amendments to the reservation must be submitted to the management before the scheduled arrival date. All such changes or amendments are subject to the discretion of the management.
